A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is transmitted to the third-party company that operates that tool. Indiana County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy governs its handling of the query and any account or payment information supplied to it.
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. Messages are not shared outside the organization unless doing so is required by law or necessary to respond through a service you requested.
Automatic Technical Data

We may need enough information to verify and respond to the request. Rights involving a government record must be directed to the agency that maintains it.
