The county Open Records Officer receives Right-to-Know requests. The Clerk of Courts maintains the criminal court file, and Probation addresses county supervision. PA DOC is responsible for state-prison and state-parole records. Federal and immigration custody require federal locators.

State Prison and Alerts
SCI Pine Grove is a state prison and does not use county jail records. PA DOC controls its locator, sentence records, parole information, and final discharge records. PA SAVIN can send custody-event alerts but should be confirmed with the originating agency.

Federal Custody Sources
No BOP prison or official ICE detention center was identified within Indiana County, but a person may leave local custody for a federal authority.
